An elephant charged and chased the staffers, Prashant and Sunil, while they were on their routine patrol in Arehalli village. The elephant chased them through a coffee estate. The ETF staff were monitoring the movements of a wild elephant when, all of a sudden, the elephant started chasing them. A video of the tusker chasing them went viral. An officer, confirming the incident, said it was a great escape for the staff.
